Your right to choose (Michigan). Michigan law (MCL 500.2110b) says an auto insurer “shall not unreasonably restrict” you from using the glass shop of your choice for glass repair or replacement covered by your policy, and if the insurer has an agreement with a particular shop it must tell you that you are under no obligation to use it. So in Michigan, you can ask for Skyview. In Indiana and Illinois, ask your insurer, or call us and we will help you with the claim.
